Introduction

1The first step in our process is getting to know each other. We’ll ask you to take a short survey and then schedule a phone call so we can learn more about your company, the services you need and the challenges you have. It’s also an opportunity for you to learn more about us. The idea is to get a good understanding of the scope and depth of our engagement, and to determine if we’ll be a good fit. If so, we’ll then provide you with a fee proposal.

Transition

2Once we’ve agreed to work together, we’ll transition your firm’s accounting to our cloud platform. We’ll guide you every step of the way, so you’ll always know exactly what we need from you and when we need it. During this phase, we’ll also train you on how to access QuickBooks and your file sharing portal. The bulk of the transition phase normally takes a few days, and it typically takes about full month before all procedures are ironed out, all of our questions have been answered, and we are working according to a “normal” routine.

Routine

3Now that we’ve moved beyond the transition phase, things should be running smoothly and you’ll find working with Soulsby Accounting to be fairly routine. You’ll have a good comfort level knowing things are ‘getting done’, and whenever you need us we are always just a phone call or email away.
